Out of Hours
On weekdays between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, and all day and night at the weekends and on bank holidays, access to Out of Hours services is now via NHS111 - please dial 111. After assessment of your symptoms you may be invited to attend the Out of Hours Centre which is at The Great Western Hospital site and is operated by SEQOL. 

Home Visits
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit. A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

Cancelling Appointments
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone as soon as possible.

Registration with the practice

registrationThe practice is open to new patients wishing to register with us.

If you live in the West or North Swindon area (including surrounding villages) and would like to register please telephone or call into the surgery during normal opening hours to find out more about the process.

You will need to collect and complete a registration form and we also require that all new patients complete a health questionnaire at time of registration. In some cases, we will need you to attend an appointment at the surgery for a new patient health check.

Due to pressure on practices throughout Swindon, we are able to register some patients from other parts of Swindon. Please ask at reception.
